Foot pain isn't about arch shape. It's about motion. The level of support your foot needs depends on how much resistance to supination your foot has — a measurable biomechanical property. Practitioners measure it in clinic. Model P+ lets you find it the same way: by trial.
Flat or high-arched feet — the problem is the same. So is the solution.
DAY-ONE RELIEF
Your Modular isn't just a measurement tool — with the same four design features as the range, it relieves your symptoms from the day it arrives.
YOUR PERMANENT INCLUDED
Once you've settled on your support level, your matching NeuroFlex permanent orthotic ships free.
THE CLINICAL METHOD
The same low-to-high prescription protocol podiatrists use in clinic. At home.
Every podiatrist follows the same rule: prescribe the minimum support that resolves symptoms — comfortably. Model P+ gives you the same protocol at home. Your Modular is the EVA trial you keep; trial its three inserts, 3–5 days each, to fine-tune the level of support and comfort that's right for you — escalating only if your pain doesn't resolve.
3-5 DAYS
Click the Green insert into your EVA base. Wear in your normal shoes for 3–5 days. The lowest arch is the most comfortable, fits the most shoe types, and is the practitioner's first choice.
↓ if pain persists
3–5 days
Click out the Green. Click in the Orange. Trial again for 3–5 days. Moderate support — the height most patients (85%) find their fit at.
↓ if pain persists
3–5 days
Maximum support. Click out the Orange, click in the Red. Trial for 3–5 days. Most patients find their fit at Green or Orange — Red is the final escalation step.

CLINICAL REFFERAL
If maximum support hasn't resolved your symptoms, the cause may not be biomechanical — or may need clinical assessment. A small percentage of cases need more than an orthotic can offer alone.
Whichever insert works for you, your matching NeuroFlex permanent orthotic ships free. Both orthotics are yours to keep — the Modular stays useful as a spare or for different shoes, and all three inserts are yours too.
Two clinical principles guide the order. Together, they explain why every podiatrist prescribes the minimum support needed — and why Model P+ follows the same protocol.
Model P+ isn't one product — it's a two-stage system. Your Modular is the EVA trial you keep; you use it to fine-tune your support and comfort, then your matching Model P+ ships in that level — free. It's how you reach a personalised result at a fraction of a custom orthotic's $500–$1,000 price.
Your Modular: one navy EVA base + three interchangeable arch inserts (Green Mild Support 4° / Orange Moderate Support 6° / Red High Support 8°). It isn't just a measurement tool — it carries the same four design features as the rest of the Interpod range, so from the day it arrives you're already being treated. It's the EVA trial that finds your level; your shank-independent NeuroFlex permanent is the one you keep.
When you've found your fit, your Model P+ orthotic ships in the same colour as your chosen insert. Slimmer, lighter, more flexible and shank-independent — the arch bridges between heel and forefoot and springs under your weight instead of flattening into the shoe, so your support holds in any shoe. Engineered to last. 5-year warranty.
The same advanced NeuroFlex polymer used in Model P — manufactured in your chosen support level, finished in your chosen colour, with your chosen cover. The clinical fitting process podiatrists use, delivered.
🟢 Green → Mild Support 4°
🟠 Orange → Moderate Support 6°
🔴 Red → High Support 8°
Model P+ uses the same clinically validated arch profile, rearfoot wedge geometry, and four biomechanical design features as the entire Interpod range — tested in 15+ independent studies across 5 universities and 4 countries over 20+ years.
Of patients requiring orthotics, successfully treated using the Interpod system. (Clinical observation, 23 years)
No measurable difference from podiatrist-prescribed custom-made orthotics.
La Trobe University (Payne CB et al.)
Independent research — La Trobe, Duquesne, Plymouth (NHS), Québec, Charles Sturt.
Each insert and the EVA base carry the same biomechanical features as Australia's leading clinical orthotics. These aren't features added to an insole — they ARE the difference between an insole and a real orthotic.
Pain relief across a wide range of foot, leg, and lower back conditions — by reducing the strain that causes them.

Yes — that's the point. The Modular isn't just a measurement tool: it carries the same four design features, the same arch profile, and the same university research as the rest of the range, so from the day it arrives every step you take is being treated. It's the EVA trial — made to find your level and relieve you while you do — and your shank-independent NeuroFlex permanent is the one you keep. No other premium custom orthotic system gives you this— most custom 3D printers make you wait 2–4 weeks in pain while your permanent is being manufactured.
Your Modular — one pair of EVA bases + three pairs of interchangeable arch inserts in Green (Low 4°), Orange (Moderate 6°), and Red (High 8°). Plus the fitting guide and shipping satchel for your free permanent. All three inserts are yours to keep regardless of which one you choose.
Model P ($85) is the moderate-support orthotic — fixed at the level 85% of patients fit. Model P+ ($125) includes the Modular that helps you find your support first, then ships your matching NeuroFlex permanent free. If you fit the statistical 85%, you'll end up with the same orange-banded NeuroFlex Model P inside Model P+ — confirmed by trial. If you're in the 15% who need Low or High, Model P+ is how you find out. Plus you get day-one relief from the Modular while you decide.
3–5 days per insert. If your pain has clearly improved by then, that's your fit — stay with that insert. If the pain hasn't improved, step up to the next height. The process usually completes in 1–3 weeks depending on which insert works for you.
Your NeuroFlex permanent ships with the full-length Thin cover— light padding for easy fit, a slim profile that suits dress shoes, work shoes, and everyday footwear without compromising fit. It's removable and self-adhesive, so you can replace it at any time without replacing the NeuroFlex shell.
Choose the lower one. Two clinical reasons: (1) lower arches are more comfortable across more shoe types, and (2) prescribing the minimum support needed is the standard practitioner approach. If your symptoms return later, you can always step up — your inserts stay with you.
A small percentage of cases need more than an orthotic can offer alone — the cause may not be biomechanical, or may need clinical assessment. If maximum support hasn't worked after 3–5 days, see a Podiatrist or contact us— your Model P+ is covered by a 90-day refund guarantee.
5 years on the shell. NeuroFlex is engineered for permanence — unlike EVA, which compresses over time, NeuroFlex maintains its biomechanical properties for years of daily wear. The orthotic comes with a 5-year warranty. Top covers wear faster (12–18 months under daily wear) and can be replaced without replacing the shell.
EVA is the right material for the Modular — it's softer, more forgiving, and lets your foot adjust quickly to each support level. NeuroFlex is the right material for permanence— slimmer, lighter, structurally stable, and fatigue-resistant for years. Each material is engineered for its job in the system.
The clinical fitting process podiatrists use — at home, on your terms, in your own shoes. Your Modular starts treating your symptoms the day it arrives. $135 includes everything: the Modular, all three arch inserts, your matching NeuroFlex permanent in your chosen cover.
