Heel Lifts (Pack of 5)

Heel lifts are used to fine tune and improve orthotic prescription outcomes in particular patients with decreased ankle dorsiflexion. Often this is determined by doing a Lunge Test. Patients with limited ankle dorsiflexion may find the orthotic pushes up into their arch causing discomfort. Using a heel lift increases ankle dorsiflexion and orthotic comfort. Heel lifts are also used to treat patients with limb length differences.
